Deactivation of the meter

If the calibration period of the meter has expired and it must be replaced, it must be deactivated adequately. This process should only be carried out by a qualified technician who has access to the Meta module of the Enectiva application.

Deactivated gauges are only visible to certain users with the correct set of permissions and cannot be edited. For more information on who can see deactivated gauges, see User Administration.
