The reading of the original meter is lower than the reading of the new meter after replacement

It can happen that after replacing a meter, the reading of the new meter may be higher than the reading of the original meter

In this case, we should proceed as follows:

  1. Rename the original meter by adding "_deakt" to its name.

  1. Create a new meter.

  1. Name the new meter the same as the original one, and ensure the meter information is identical to the original meter. Select the same entity under "Meter belongs to" as for the original meter.
  2. Save the meter, then open it and select the "Readings" tab. Enter the first reading from the new meter here. You can find this reading either from the original meter, if there is an automatic reading, or in the meter replacement protocol.

  1. Enter the new reading, starting with the initial reading of the new meter.

  1. Return to the original meter and delete the readings that came from the new meter.

  1. If we need to delete readings in bulk, we can do so by pressing the "Batch delete readings" button in the upper right corner. Then a window will appear where we can select the period from which to which we want to delete all readings.

  1. If we delete readings from the original meter in Enectiva, we can add information with the deactivation date in the notes. The deactivation date and time must always lie between the time of the last reading of the meter being deactivated (e.g., 08:45 - 45421 kWh) and the time of the first reading of the new meter (e.g., 09:00 - 61235 kWh).

  1. We press the button .

  2. Open the meter that we are going to deactivate, and click the button in the upper right corner to select "Deactivate meter".

  1. In the window, enter the exact date when you need to deactivate the meter, for example, 01.05.2024 08:50.

  2. By clicking the "Deactivate meter" button, the meter will be deactivated.
WARNING: BY DEACTIVATING THE METER ALL IST READINGS AFTER THE GIVEN DATE WILL BE DELETED. IT WON’T BE POSSIBLE TO MANIPULATE WITH METER OR ITS READINGS IN ANY WAY AFTER DEACTIVATION!
