  1. Go to the “Readings” tab.

  1. In the "Readings" tab, we can see the last reading we have for this meter (45047 kWh as of 01.05.2024)

  1. According to the meter replacement protocol, we have information that the replacement took place on 05/16/2024 at 14:14:48. The last reading of the original meter was 45047 kWh and the reading of the new meter is 4069 kWh.

  1. In the "Corrections" tab, click on the icon in the upper right corner, and a window will open where you can enter your corrections.

  1. In the "Problem Description" section, we do not make any changes; everything remains as is. We are interested in the information under "Suggested resolution: Meter reset/replacement" where we enter details from the meter replacement protocol:
  • Final state before the reset/replacement = 46 047 kWh
  • Time of reset/replacement = 16.05.2024 14:13
  • Initial state after the reset/replacement = 4069 kWh
  • In the comments, we will write: "meter replacement"

  1. Finally, we will verify if we entered the data correctly and click the button.
Then we will go back to the "Readings" tab and check our readings.
