The reading of the new meter is lower than the reading of the original meter
- Find the meter that was replaced by using the consumption point number, and click on that meter.
- Go to the “Readings” tab.
- In the "Readings" tab, we can see the last reading we have for this meter (45047 kWh as of 01.05.2024)
- According to the meter replacement protocol, we have information that the replacement took place on 05/16/2024 at 14:14:48. The last reading of the original meter was 45047 kWh and the reading of the new meter is 4069 kWh.
- Open the “Corrections” tab.
- In the "Corrections" tab, click on the
icon in the upper right corner, and a window will open where you can enter your corrections.
- In the "Problem Description" section, we do not make any changes; everything remains as is. We are interested in the information under "Suggested resolution: Meter reset/replacement" where we enter details from the meter replacement protocol:
- Final state before the reset/replacement = 46 047 kWh
- Time of reset/replacement = 16.05.2024 14:13
- Initial state after the reset/replacement = 4069 kWh
- In the comments, we will write: "meter replacement"
-
Finally, we will verify if we entered the data correctly and click the
button.
Then we will go back to the "Readings" tab and check our readings.
