Features and Plans in Enectiva

In Enectiva, some features are available only depending on the selected plan or after activating paid add-on modules.

Plans​

Normal plan​

Includes full Enectiva functionality.

Lite plan​

Basic version of the application with a limited set of features.

In the Lite plan, some features and blocks are visible, but locked. These parts are marked with a lock icon and a message saying that the feature is not active in the current plan.
To activate the Normal plan or a specific feature, users can contact support via the contact form, which is available directly on the page.

Locked features in the Lite plan​

Features available only in the Normal plan​

  • Events
  • Notifications
  • Savings
  • Energy Exchange
  • Price Lists management (sidebar)
  • Reports, including report labels (admin only)
  • Meters overview – “All” tab
  • New meter form – Price & Consumption section

Features requiring the Invoicing module​

  • Invoicing tab on the meter page:
    • price list assignment
    • metering point configuration (electricity)
    • received invoices (consumption meters)
    • radiator form (HCA meters)
  • Entity – Billing tab (tenancy setup)

Features requiring the CO₂ module​

  • CO₂ coefficients for emission calculations

Features requiring the FM (Facility Management) module​

  • FM module features are not available without activation

All locked features include an information message and a link to a contact form with a pre-filled activation request.
